Phil & Dave to be precise, and we are the founders of Brass Monkey Ice Cream. Our journey to opening our first ice cream parlour has been wonderful and we are looking forward to the adventure that lies ahead as we aim to provide you with the very best organic ice cream and sorbet.
We are passionate about our products and want to pass on our enthusiasm by offering both classic ice cream flavours and also some more unusual combinations. We trained in the highly acclaimed and award-winning ‘Carmela’s’ in Los Angeles and now aim to raise the bar in cream quality here in Brighton. We are totally committed to using fresh organic produce and locally sourced where possible.
WHAT’S ON OFFER
Every day we make organic ice cream and sorbet in our basement creamery. We love our work. We make our ice cream base from organic whole milk, organic cream, organic eggs and organic unrefined cane sugar. We use fresh ingredients for everything.
We will always try to stock a core range of favourite flavours which can also be purchased in 500ml sealed containers to take home.

As well as our fabulous ice cream & sorbet, we are all fully trained Barista’s and have teamed up with Pharmacie Coffee and offer a full range of coffee from espresso to cappuccino. We always have 3 wonderful homemade cakes on offer as well.
